These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rally Course Pro ("the Service"), operated by Rally Course Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Account access is for your individual use only and may not be shared with others.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Rally Course Pro offers an annual subscription plan at the price listed on our Pricing page.
  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Rally Course Pro and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Course designs you create using the Service remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally Course Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
