Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the Service and diagnose issues.

2. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process subscriptions and communicate billing-related information.
  • To send account-related notifications (e.g., trial expiration, payment receipts).

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Supabase — for authentication and cloud storage of your course data.

  • Cancel your subscription and close your account at any time.

8. Children’s Privacy

Rally Course Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
