This Refund Policy describes when and how you may request a refund for Rally Course Pro ("the Service"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Rally Course Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date. This applies to both initial purchases and renewal payments. The refund window is calculated from the date payment was charged — not from the start of any free trial period.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact page with the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refund requests promptly.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a Refund
- Once a refund is issued, your subscription will be canceled and access to paid features will end.
- There will be no further access to course data saved to the cloud.
5. Requests After 30 Days
Refund requests received more than 30 days after payment are not eligible under this policy. If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
6. Free Trial
No payment is taken during the free trial period. Because no charge occurs, no refund is applicable for the trial itself.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
